The work of our service was greatly affected by the war. But our escooters are already available for rent in seventeen cities of Ukraine. And we don't plan to stop.


You can check the current rental price in the app by selecting a scooter on the map or scanned its QR code. The current tariff will be displayed under the trip start button.


Before traveling, carefully read the terms of the tariff plan. Tariffs are dynamic and may change depending on demand. They also differ depending on the city where you rent a JET electric scooter and models of your chosen transport.


Before renting, inspect the scooter for visible damage. Scan it QR code. The scooter will turn on after pressing the "Start the Ride" button. To start the movement, push off with your foot and press the "gas" handle on the right side. Check it out the serviceability of the scooter, especially the brakes. You have 60 seconds for this (will be counted in the cost of the rental if the damage is not detected and you continue your trip). If you end the rental during this minute, the cost of unlocking and this time will be returned. If something does not work out, please contact us and give the vehicle number to support operator.

Discharged scooter:
You need to contact the support service and give all the necessary information about it of your trip Our employees will definitely manage everything and return the funds to the bonus account, if overcharging is detected.

There is no End Rent button, only Waiting:
You are outside the rental end zone. Move the vehicle to the indicated areas.

🚦 Start of rent:



The scooter cannot be used in heavy rain and wind. Inequalities it is necessary to drive carefully, at a low speed. Before moving check the brakes, follow the speed limit, use helmet.


The maximum permitted weight of an electric scooter user is 100 kg.


FORBIDDEN:
Use an electric scooter while intoxicated and drug intoxication, as well as riding the same scooter together or three - this can lead to severe injuries to users in the event of a fall.

It is forbidden to jump on the scooter, the electric scooter is not intended for shock loads, this can lead to its breakdown.


White zone - zone of use;

Grey zone - ride an electric scooter into the gray zone prohibited. Ending the lease in such a zone is possible only with a fine.

Zones highlighted in green color - zones where you can end the lease.

- in orange color - zones in which, for safety, the scooter will go slower.

- in red color - zones in which it is forbidden to park a scooter.

Check the transport for damage, you have 90 for this free seconds. To start the movement, push off with your foot and press the gas trigger to the right.


Scan the QR code. The scooter is activated after pressing the button "Start the ride". Repeat this action with the next scooter to use with the "Scan" button.


Before renting, inspect the vehicle for visible signs damages - indicate them in the application. If the damage is minor, after by sending photos you can start renting. Before starting the movement be sure to check the brakes.


If the damage is significant (wheel deformation, frame damage, etc brakes work, etc.) end the rental and rent another one vehicle. If possible, please send us the information about a broken scooter. We will be very grateful to you.

💸 Rent and finance:



You can check the current rental price in the app by clicking on electric scooter icon on the map. The current tariff will also be displayed when scanning the QR code in the application, under the vehicle number.


Tariffs may vary depending on the country and city where you are rent a JET electric scooter.


Where can I see trip details? - In the application -> "Menu" -> "Rides history"


To activate bonuses, you need:
1. Download the application and register;
2. Open the program, find the item "Payment cards" -> "Add promo code" in the menu;
3. Enter the promo code and click the "Send" button.


The debt will later be repaid automatically.
If you see a negative balance in your wallet in the application, you can click on the debt (in this case, it will be highlighted in red and the field will be labeled “Pay debt”). In this case, the system will forcibly debit funds from the payment card you linked in the application. If something doesn't work, contact support. We will definitely help.

After starting the rental, you have 60 seconds to test the electric scooter (will be included in the rental price if there is no damage will be detected). If the scooter is faulty for any reason, damaged, won't drive, etc., end the rental stating the problem and money will not be debited from your account.

please indicate the phone number to which the account is registered and describe the reason appeal. Attach a screenshot of the bank statement about the withdrawal of funds.


Check the current information at the support service by sending a request

You can link a card in the menu section "Payment cards" -> "Add / Edit payment cards".


Bank card must be VISA or MasterCard. Check the validity of the card, it should not expire in the current one months.


You can delete the card in the menu section "Payment cards" -> "Add / Edit payment cards". Click on the required card in the list and select "Delete payment card".
Please note that it is not possible to unlink a payment card from the application if your wallet balance is negative. First, pay off the debt and then unlink the card.

🛴 During the rental:



Leave it where it discharged. Place it so that it does not disturb anyone. Make sure it doesn't block an aisle or driveway. But to avoid fines, contact us as soon as possible and give complete information about your trip. Do not forget to take a photo of the scooter and remember the place where you left it.

The electric scooter can be in "Standby" mode for no more than 30 minutes, after which the rental will be automatically completed.


The rule does not apply to a fixed tariff. The waiting time is fixed the tariff is limited only by the validity period of the tariff.


You can end the lease in the gray zone only with a fine. If you have difficulties with this, and to avoid fines, please get in touch with a support operator

Provide all the necessary information about your trip - the number of the scooter, its photo, geolocation, etc.

It is not possible to rent an electric scooter in the gray zone.

🏁 End of ride:



Complete the rental in the parking lot. The parking lot is marked with a green zone on the application map. To end the rental, hold down the "End rental" button in the application.


Most likely, you are outside of the end-of-lease zone. Rearrange the transport tool in the specified zone, marked in green on the map of the application.


Make sure the scooter is in the permitted area for completion:
